Its not about what happens to us that matters, it's about what we choose to do with after.
I married before I graduated from high school, not because I had to, but because I felt I was with my life mate and wanted to start living the life I was meant to live as soon as I could. Like most teens I suppose.....rush to grow up. But me, I just jumped in with both feet and didn't look back. I guess it's something that is apart of my character growing up and is still today.
I was diagnosed with MS, (RRMS) Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis on May 24, 2010. This was a time in my life I had worked hard to became the most fit I had been, I had lost 80 lb. and I was feeling great! This diagnosis hit myself and my family like a brick, that came out of no-where!
With this Blog, I will be sharing our journey, struggles and successes. The main purpose is help others learn and understand what it is like to live life with chronic illness like Multiple Sclerosis, (MS) and how the families are affected.
Through the struggles and losses I want to show that we have a choice to see the positive side of everything if we are just open to it.
Please keep in mind; I am in the process of learning and relearning many skills. If my spelling and grammar offends you, I am sorry but this blog is not for you.
